Job Overview

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering leadership assessments and 360 surveys to clients on various platforms.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing project requirements, assessment setup, and delivery, including designing scoring and generating results.
  • Compiling scores from different tools to maintain databases.
  • Analyzing scores to generate industry benchmarks and norms for various markets.
  • Creating dashboards using MS Power Apps, Tableau, or PowerBI.
  • Effective communication skills and strong teamwork abilities, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Identifying innovative ways to improve current methods of execution and operating independently with strong domain knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in operations and project management.
  • Stakeholder management, including status updates, query resolution, and risk documentation.
  • Advanced analytical skills to create insights from data.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Knowledge of statistical functions and preferred knowledge of Tableau for data presentation.
