Job Opportunity: Process Policy Manager

We seek a highly skilled professional to join our team in managing processes and policies for liabilities products. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining robust internal and external controls.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of RBI Processes & Policies, Audit Parameters, AML Guidelines, Fraud Management, and regulatory reporting. They will work closely with different departments to ensure all RBI related circulars are strictly adhered to and strengthen systems, control and processes for effective delivery within specified timelines.

This position requires the ability to implement and adhere to all compliance related items, including assistance with external and internal audits. The successful candidate will also determine the impact of introducing new or revised policies for Branches / Customers / Products and serve as a focal point to ensure continuity, proper integration and implementation of new or revised policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and adhere to all compliance related items
  • Responsible for strengthening systems, control and Processes for robust internal and external compliance
  • Liaison with different departments to ensure strict adherence to RBI related circulars
  • Good understanding of RBI Processes & Policies, Audit Parameters, AML Guidelines, Fraud Management
  • Responsible for all regulatory reporting related to policies and processes
  • Determine impact of introducing new or revised policies for Branches / Customers / Products
  • Serve as a focal point to ensure continuity, proper integration and implementation of new or revised policies and processes
  • Build synergies and efficiencies by way of customer centric processes
  • Interact and co-ordinate with multiple product teams and business functions for effective and efficient delivery
  • Draft and review process guidelines for Product Teams; Act as a mediator for answering questions related to policies & processes
  • Identify duplicate, redundant and unproductive tasks in processes with an aim to reduce costs and improve productivity of the front line staff

Requirements:

  • Education: Preferable MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2 college
  • Work Experience: Prior experience in setting up policies & processes for Liabilities Products will be an added advantage
