Senior Compliance Officer

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Professional to join our team in a key role that will drive compliance across various aspects of our organization.
- Monitoring and reporting on ongoing compliance with SEBI AIF and PMS regulations, ensuring timely submission of required regulatory filings and reports.
- Liaising with regulators for PMS and AIF compliance, addressing queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external service providers to ensure seamless compliance across all functions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential compliance risks.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in law, preferably with certifications in securities regulation and compliance.
