Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of high-net-worth individual (HNI) clients, ensuring consistent engagement and relationship development.
  • Pursue new HNI client acquisition opportunities with a minimum relationship value of twenty lakhs and above.
  • Streamline client onboarding processes, encompassing documentation, Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance, and thorough client profiling.
  • Generate referrals through existing networks, exclusive events, and professional associations to expand the client base.
  • Conduct regular portfolio review meetings to assess client needs, market conditions, and align financial strategies accordingly.
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences across all interactions and touchpoints.
  • Offer customized financial solutions spanning various asset classes such as mutual funds, insurance, portfolio management services, fixed income instruments, and structured products.
  • Achieve targets for assets under management (AUM), new client acquisition, and fee-based income on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Collaborate with product specialists and internal teams to provide holistic wealth management services.
Candidate Profile:
  • Demonstrated experience in managing HNI portfolios within banking, wealth management, or financial advisory services.
  • In-depth understanding of financial products and investment strategies suitable for HNI clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Target-driven with strong business development and networking skills.
  • Solid knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to wealth management.
