  • •Crafting Brand Campaigns: Collaborate with the founding team to conceptualise and design brand campaigns for clients across industries
  • •Client Understanding: Join client calls to understand requirements and translate them into compelling design concepts
  • •Designing Experiences: Design bottle labels, campaign mockups, and activation collaterals that bring ideas to life in the real world
  • •Shaping Narratives: Help shape campaign narratives, pitch decks, and creative ideas that go beyond just visuals
  • •Brand Evolution: Support in evolving our own brand identity and design voice as we scale

Key Qualifications:

  • • Prior internship or freelance experience in graphic design, brand design, or campaign work (fresher is fine if you've done hands-on projects)
  • • A portfolio that shows both social media work and brand/graphic design projects
  • • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop a must), Canva, and openness to experimenting with tools like Midjourney
  • • Strong eye for type, layout, and storytelling through design
  • • Bonus: Motion design or basic video editing skills
