Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned design professional to lead our customer-centric approach in delivering exceptional design solutions for residential projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Quoting and detailed designing
  • Producing production drawings for manufacturing

This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent time management to meet project timelines and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-year diploma in Interior Designing/Architecture from a reputable institution
  • Site experience with confidence in proposed designs' installability with minimal hassle
  • Customer-centric approach with functional and aesthetically pleasing designs within budget
  • Exposure to residential projects mandatory
  • Proficiency in Google Sketchup software
  • Strong communication skills in English (local language desirable)
