Dynamic Commerce Consultant Role

We are currently seeking a skilled Dynamic Commerce Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading functional workshops, configuring and customizing D365 Commerce modules, and collaborating with technical teams.

  • Lead functional workshops to gather and analyze business requirements related to retail operations and commerce systems.
  • Configure and customize D365 Commerce modules to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other D365 modules (Finance, Supply Chain, etc.).
  • Provide end-to-end support during implementation phases including UAT, training, and go-live.
  • Develop functional documentation including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve commerce-related issues post-deployment.
  • Stay updated on Microsoft's roadmap for D365 Commerce and recommend enhancements.
  • Support data migration and testing activities.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce.
  • Hands-on experience with D365 Commerce (Modern Commerce, Cloud Commerce).
  • Strong understanding of retail business processes including sales, inventory, promotions, and customer management.
  • Experience with lifecycle services (LCS), Azure DevOps, and D365 configuration tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Microsoft certifications in D365 Commerce or related modules (preferred).
