Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant & Marketing Coordinator to support the CEO in managing day-to-day operations and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, and travel for the CEO.
- Talent Acquisition: Post job ads on various platforms, screen candidates, and conduct the first round of basic interviews.
- Marketing & Social Media: Create and post content on LinkedIn and other social platforms to promote company services and brand. Engage with potential clients and candidates online.
- Brand Development: Assist in creating and implementing branding strategies, including managing online identities and campaigns to enhance visibility and attract new business.
- General Support: Handle additional tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the CEO's office and company growth initiatives.
- Proven experience in administrative roles or marketing coordination.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with LinkedIn and other social media platforms for business promotion.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and conducting interviews.
