Job Description

We are seeking an EHS specialist with expertise in COTS software and WERCS. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, proficiency in WERCS functionalities, and excellent leadership skills.

A key responsibility of the role will be to determine, implement, and monitor WERCS to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Determine, implement, and monitor WERCS to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Lead as a technical representative and assist stakeholders and business owners to meet business objectives and overall compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of WERCS initiatives and continuous improvement projects

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Knowledge in regulatory and risk management assessment for compliance to applicable regulations including but not limited to GHS, DG, TSCA, OSHA, EPA, EU REACH, ECHA, etc.
  • Support maintenance of various databases including: clients internal database, clients website, Customs, and the external WERCS portal for product registration
  • Must have Pharmaceutical industry experience and be familiar with SDLC under GxP regulation
Technical Requirements
  • Software development/DBMS skills (SQL and .NET)
  • In-depth knowledge of system integration; Must have strong skills with API technology and DTE (Data Transfer Engine) interface
