Job Title: Full Stack DeveloperJob Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the MERN stack, including MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and maintainable web applications that meet client and business requirements. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design and develop scalable and maintainable web applications using the MERN stack.
  • Build responsive user interfaces using modern front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Develop server-side logic using Node.js and Express to handle client requests and data processing.
  • Design and implement database models using MongoDB and write efficient database queries.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and services into the application as required.
  • Implement proper authentication and authorization mechanisms to ensure data security.
  • Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following coding best practices and standards.
  • Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Collaborate with other developers to review code, provide feedback, and ensure code quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong focus on MERN stack development.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Solid understanding of server-side development using Node.js and Express.
  • Experience working with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases and writing efficient database queries.
  • Familiarity with RESTful API design and development.
  • Strong knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
