Interior Design Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Interior Design Team Lead to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will lead the design and execution of luxury and premium residential interior projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong creative vision, leadership skills, and technical expertise required to manage multiple high-end design projects from concept development to final execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end design of luxury and premium residential interiors with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Understand client requirements and translate them into conceptual and detailed designs that meet their needs.
  • Prepare mood boards, space planning, layouts, and 3D visualizations to effectively communicate your ideas.
  • Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site teams for seamless design execution.
  • Review material selections and ensure the project aligns with design quality standards.
  • Manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Mentor junior designers and interns to help them develop their skills.
  • Stay updated on market trends, materials, and innovations in residential design to provide expert advice.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • 3+ years of experience in residential interior design with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing residential projects that demonstrate your expertise.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office with advanced skills in SketchUp and Enscape/D5.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination ability with the ability to motivate and direct team members.

Work Schedule:

  • Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad
  • Work Type: Full-time, Work from Office
  • Schedule: Monday - Saturday (9:30 AM to 6:00 PM)
