Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Production Planning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing production planning strategies that ensure timely and efficient production processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement production planning strategies to optimize production efficiency and minimize costs.
  • Coordinate with pattern makers and tailors to develop size charts, grading, and tech packs.
  • Oversee quality control at the factory, ensuring the highest quality products are shipped to customers.
  • Source and manage vendors for textiles, developing relationships to ensure supply chain efficiency.
  • Lead sample development, planning deliveries of fabric, trims, labels, and packaging materials.
  • Audit packed goods before shipment to buyers.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Merchandising, or Design from a reputable institution.
  2. Strong knowledge of sourcing, fabric, and merchandising principles.
  3. Proficient in MS-Excel and Google Sheets.
  4. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in export or retail companies.
  5. Excellent communication skills.
  6. Proven persistence and ability to drive results.
