Product Planning Specialist
This role requires an individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop accurate demand forecasts using historical data, seasonal trends, and market analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing production plans, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. They should possess at least 3 years of experience in production planning, supply chain management, or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demand Forecasting: Develop and implement demand forecasting models to accurately predict customer demand.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production plans, manage inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels to maintain optimal stock levels, reduce waste, and minimize costs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain management, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
