\Assistant Store Associate Role\

As a key member of our resort retail team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, manage inventory, and maintain a welcoming shopping environment for guests.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise deliveries
  • Monitor and maintain proper stock levels on the sales floor
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in restocking as needed
  • Report any discrepancies or damaged products to the store supervisor
\Visual Merchandising:\
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing displays showcasing products effectively
  • E nsure that the store layout is organized and aesthetically pleasing
  • Assist in implementing promotional displays
\Store Cleanliness and Maintenance:\
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable store environment at all times
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks and ensure the store is well-maintained
  • Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department
\Team Collaboration:\
  • Work closely with other team members, including store associates, supervisors, and management
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive work environment
  • Collaborate with resort staff to provide seamless guest experiences
\Compliance and Security:\
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
  • Monitor and report any suspicious activities or theft
  • Assist in implementing loss prevention measures
\Qualifications:\
  • Previous retail experience is preferred
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle cash transactions and use POS systems
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise
