ERP Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced ERP project lead to drive business growth through successful end-to-end ERP implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Strategy and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations for ERP implementations. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals.
  • ERP Implementation Oversight: Provide leadership and guidance on full-cycle ERP implementations from initiation through to go-live and stabilization. Drive continuous improvement and system optimization post-deployment.
  • Cross-Functional Team Management: Lead and coordinate internal cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, consultants, and business stakeholders. Foster strong leadership, coaching, and direction to ensure team alignment and accountability.
  • Stakeholder and Change Management: Communicate project milestones, status updates, risks, and issues to all relevant stakeholders. Manage expectations and ensure stakeholder engagement.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies. Develop and execute risk response and contingency plans.
  • Quality and Compliance: Ensure ERP solutions meet business, functional, and technical requirements. Oversee QA processes including testing strategies, validation, and audits.
  • Vendor and Partner Management: Evaluate, select, and manage vendors and implementation partners. Monitor vendor performance to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Budget and Cost Control: Effectively manage ERP project budgets, ensuring optimal use of resources. Monitor project financials and report on budget performance.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in managing ERP projects.
  • Proven track record of successful ERP implementations.
  • Deep understanding of ERP methodologies, system architecture, and integration points.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP Certification).
