Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager

  • Effectively Manage IT Resources and Talent
  • Maintain Accurate and Structured Product Documentation
  • Conduct Thorough Business Analysis
  • Gather and Document Business Requirements and Process Flows
  • Document Business Use Cases and Requirements
  • Assess and Prioritize Change Proposals
  • Define Actionable Solutions to Drive Business Results
  • Communicate Technical Details Effectively to Non-IT Stakeholders

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in IT Project Planning, Execution, Monitoring, Controls, and Governance
  • Strong Ability in Data Quantification and Analytics
  • Designing KPI-Driven Metrics for IT Projects
  • Budgeting, Planning, Forecasting, Monitoring, and Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA)
  • Familiarity with IT Infrastructure/Application Architecture, APIs, Middleware, Finance ERP, Customer Apps, UI/UX, Digital Lending, Payment Systems
  • Project Management Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid Methodologies
  • Proficiency in Project Tracking Tools (JIRA, MS Project)
  • Strong Cost Monitoring and IT Expense Management Skills
  • Ability to Structure and Document Problems into Analytical Frameworks
