Job Opportunity: Enterprise Solutions Architect

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead the design and delivery of scalable enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in container technologies, real-time data streaming, DevOps practices, and performance optimization.

  • We require an expert in designing enterprise-grade solutions using OpenShift, Kafka, and container-based architectures.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading container migrations from legacy systems to modern, cloud-native infrastructure.
  • Key responsibilities include ensuring system performance, high availability, and security across enterprise platforms.
  • The architect will take ownership of end-to-end architecture and DevOps integration, including CI/CD pipeline automation.
  • A strong focus is placed on driving compliance, governance, and best practices in deployment and release processes.
  • The role requires mentoring development teams on performance tuning, observability, and sustainable coding strategies.
  • Collaboration with product managers, QA, and infrastructure teams is essential to ensure alignment and delivery excellence.
  • Evaluation and implementation of tools for monitoring, alerting, and logging are required to improve operational visibility and reliability.
  • Conducting technical reviews and performance audits is necessary to continuously enhance platform stability and speed.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience designing scalable and secure solutions using OpenShift.
  • Hands-on expertise in Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming and event-driven architectures.
  • Strong background in containerization and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
  • Experience leading container migrations, optimizing system performance, security, and availability.
  • Solid knowledge of CI/CD automation, with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD.
  • Expertise in DevOps practices, including infrastructure-as-code (IaC), continuous monitoring, and automated deployments.
  • Strong mentoring skills and experience coaching teams on observability, tuning, and architectural best practices.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS).
  • Knowledge of microservices and event-driven design patterns.
  • Hands-on with monitoring tools Grafana, ELK Stack.
  • Experience implementing security best practices.
  • Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Certification in Kubernetes, OpenShift, or Cloud platforms is a plus.
