Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets to identify trends and insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stitch and analyze data from primary and secondary sources to determine key drivers of customer success, loyalty, and experience.
  • Develop monthly and ad-hoc reporting to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Maintain Qualtrics dashboards and surveys to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
  • Take on ad-hoc tasks related to XM platform onboarding, maintenance, or launch of new tools.
  • Work with Business Insights, IT, and technical teams to ensure seamless data integration and analysis.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in an analytical, customer insights, or related business function.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and Google Big Query.
  • 1+ year of experience working with Qualtrics, Medallia, or another Experience Management platform.
  • Hands-on experience with statistical techniques such as profiling, regression analysis, trend analysis, and segmentation.
