Our solutions operate in augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR), enabling hybrid workers to collaborate, train, visualize, and learn from any location, at any time, using any device.

In addition, our consulting arm provides expert support to help organizations rapidly plan, build, deploy, and measure solutions—generating actionable insights and fast feedback.

About the Role

We seek a UI/UX Designer with strong UX expertise to join our team. In this role, you will focus on understanding user needs, mapping workflows, and designing intuitive experiences. You'll create visually polished UI and production-ready assets, but your foundation will be in user-centred design and problem solving.

The ideal candidate enjoys moving between UX research, wireframing, and prototyping - while also being comfortable using Figma and AI-assisted tools to quickly translate UX decisions into working UI screens.

This is a hands-on, collaborative role, perfect for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research to understand behaviours, needs, and pain points of both end-users and content creators.
  • Translate requirements into user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes that prioritize usability and clarity.
  • Use Figma for design workflows, while leveraging AI tools to speed up the creation of UI screens based on validated UX flows.
  • Create production-ready UI designs, including supporting graphics, illustrations, and icons when needed.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure smooth handoff and implementation.
  • Contribute to and maintain our design system for consistency across devices and platforms.
  • Apply accessibility and usability best practices in all design outputs.
  • Present designs clearly and thoughtfully to stakeholders.
  • Iterate quickly based on feedback and testing results.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 4–5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong emphasis on UX.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates not just final UI, but problem-solving and UX thinking behind your designs.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience using AI-powered design workflows to accelerate UI generation.
  • Strong communication skills - comfortable explaining design rationale and decisions.
  • Ability to iterate rapidly and adapt designs based on user feedback and project needs.

Bonus Experience

  • Experience with creating content for game engines or websites.
  • Previous AR/VR work experience.
