At Telecrm, we are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer to create intuitive and visually appealing designs for our web and mobile applications.

The ideal candidate will have excellent user research skills, be able to translate user needs into effective design solutions, and maintain a consistent design system.

  • User Experience Expert
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and translate user needs and business objectives into effective design solutions.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping (Figma): Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows using Figma, and collaborate with stakeholders to iterate designs quickly based on feedback.
  • Visual Design: Develop pixel-perfect UI designs that align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards, and maintain a consistent design system and reusable components within Figma.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and stakeholders, and facilitate design reviews and incorporate constructive feedback promptly.

As a UI/UX Designer at Telecrm, you will work closely with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented, provide detailed design specifications and assets to development teams, and stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
