Job Title: Global Banking and Markets Change Manager

At Goldman Sachs, we are seeking a highly skilled Global Banking and Markets Change Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Change Management team, you will play a critical role in driving business transformation and delivering strategic initiatives across the Global Banking and Markets Division.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, business analysis, and change management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and Engineering, to develop and implement complex projects that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Provide project management support to senior stakeholders, including project status updates and risk management
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk registers
  • Work with the Change Management team to develop and implement change management strategies and plans
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, computer science, or engineering
  • 5-8 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or change management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools, such as JIRA and JIRA Portfolio
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry and experience working in a similar environment
  • Experience with change management methodologies and tools, such as OKR frameworks and roadmaps
  • Knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks, Agile Testing practices
