Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee project execution from start to finish, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to guarantee timely completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams for seamless project delivery.
  • Implement quality control measures and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during construction.
  • Prepare detailed project reports, progress updates, and documentation for management review.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 7 years of experience in construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management tools, and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other construction management software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
