Lead Finance Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned finance leader to spearhead our financial strategy and drive business growth.

  • Oversee the entire finance function, including accounting, FP&A, taxation, compliance, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to provide insightful financial guidance and recommendations.
  • Promote budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and reporting best practices throughout the organization.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, internal controls, and audit regulations.
  • Partner with business stakeholders on investment decisions, pricing strategies, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Leverage industry-leading financial systems, processes, and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Foster a high-performing finance team through mentorship and development programs.
  • Nurture relationships with external auditors, banks, consultants, and investors.

Key Skills:

  • Demonstrated expertise in accounting, business finance, financial planning & analysis, reporting, and financial modeling.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams (not individual contributor roles).
  • Experience in auditing, financial controlling, governance, and compliance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 15+ years of experience in finance leadership positions.
  • Prior experience in SaaS, Digital Technology, or IT Product companies.
  • Familiarity with global finance practices and investor relations.
