Credit Analyst Role Overview

At our esteemed organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Credit Analyst. This position involves evaluating credit requests, analyzing financial statements, and providing expert guidance to stakeholders.

  • Evaluate creditworthiness of individuals, businesses, and other entities by analyzing financial statements and data.
  • Partner with bankers, relationship managers, and other internal clients to provide timely and accurate credit analysis.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in U.S. finance and accounting, as well as knowledge of applicable industry laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with junior analysts to ensure quality check of spreadsheets and reports, and implement process improvements where necessary.
  • Work on special projects and contribute to organizational growth and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Significant knowledge of U.S. finance and accounting, typically acquired through formal education and relevant experience.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
