Sr. Partner Development Manager, Distribution

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive revenue outcomes with partners through innovative solutions-at scale.

This role plays a critical part in achieving our mission of building and selling AI, Cloud applications, services, and devices with partners, empowering people and organizations to achieve more.

  • Lead sales efforts with OEM Distributors, Channel Distributors, 3rd party IT vendors, and Resellers for curated Windows devices aligned with objectives and Digital Distribution transition.
  • Provide operational support, expertise, and execute business strategy.
  • Build executive-level partnerships, demonstrating industry insights to represent the company's vision and strategy.
  • Help build a portfolio that drives preference for products, including Windows devices, IOT devices, and services among Distributors and their sales channels.
  • Measure revenue, scorecard metrics, and channel health indicators, ensuring accountability for business performance.
