We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an AI Solutions Expert. As an AI Solutions Developer at our organization, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying artificial intelligence solutions that automate workflows, integrate with various systems, and solve complex business problems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop AI-powered agents using Copilot Studio; integrate with Microsoft 365 apps and approved knowledge sources.
  • Create secure, scalable Power Platform solutions (Apps/Automate/Pages) with custom connectors to REST APIs and external services.
  • Implement API/webhook interactions to orchestrate cross-system processes; monitor and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver iterative value; document best practices for reuse and knowledge sharing.
  • Maintain adherence to organizational policies and standards for AI solution development.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Microsoft Copilot Studio: designs and deploys agents; prompt engineering; integrates with Teams/Outlook/SharePoint; understands agent performance metrics.
  • Power Platform expertise: hands-on Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages; builds custom connectors; integrates REST APIs/Azure services into solutions.
  • Scripting for integrations: able to write scripts that send payloads via API calls/webhooks.
  • Business partnering: translates business requirements into effective AI solutions; collaborates across functions; problem-solves and optimizes flows.
  • Qualifications (desired): Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100/200/400/600) or demonstrable Power Platform experience.
