Application Engineer – Bioprocess Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Application Engineer to join our team in Pune, covering Mumbai and Ahmedabad. This role will be responsible for supporting clients across the region with expertise in bioprocess engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand process requirements and develop tailored technical solutions.
  • Deliver high-quality presentations, demonstrations, and application notes to showcase product capabilities.
  • Work closely with sales teams to drive pre-sales discussions, RFQ responses, and proposal development.
  • Coordinate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment of client needs with engineered solutions.
  • Provide technical training and workshops for clients' process and engineering teams.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients in the region, providing valuable feedback on product enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Biotechnology, Bioprocess Engineering, Mechanical, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in application engineering, process equipment, or biopharma services.
  • Deep knowledge of bioreactors, fermenters, CIP/SIP systems, and pharmaceutical manufacturing practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
