About Our Team

We're looking for a talented Data Analyst to support our asset optimization initiatives in India and other regions. This role involves continuous monitoring of asset data and proactive communication with field technicians to ensure high asset availability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor Asset Performance: Continuously track and analyze asset data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with OEMs: Collaborate with Original Equipment Manufacturers to provide timely updates on asset status and operational activities during shifts.
  • Publish Reports: Develop and publish daily, weekly, and monthly reports in a timely and consistent manner to inform management decisions.
  • Ensure Data Accessibility: Ensure all performance KPI reports are easily accessible to management for periodic review.
  • Support Operations: Provide necessary information and assistance to the operations team during shift operations.
  • Participate in Performance Calls: Attend weekly performance calls and contribute to asset performance-related discussions and requests.
  • Integrate New Plants: Integrate new plants into our software platform by understanding data structures and implementing dashboard logic.
  • Learn About New Assets: Familiarize yourself with the performance characteristics of new asset models and associated software tools.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in utility-scale solar operations.
  • Field experience in solar operation and maintenance.
  • Experience in battery systems preferred.
  • Proficiency in data analysis related to asset performance.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong presentation capabilities.
