Job Overview

As a Dynamics 365 functional consultant, you will be working with high-standard functional knowledge of the Dynamics 365 products with many advanced tools and techniques.

You will be leading Solution Design sessions, assisting with configuration, assisting with data migration deliverables, creating required interface design documents, and functional design documents, and troubleshooting customizations.

  • Delight customers with exceptional customer service skills
  • Manage and develop customer relationships to achieve mutual goals
  • Utilize business process knowledge and best practices to advise and guide customers during pre-implementation consulting engagements such as Requirements Gathering, Fit Gap Assessments, Design and Configuration
  • Run client workshops on business processes, business requirements, and system design
  • Conduct business and systems analysis and documentation
  • Design and analyze product gaps to standard product functionality
  • Produce design, system, user, and procedural documentation
  • Configure and set up applications efficiently
  • Provide system training to internal and external clients effectively
  • Liaise with development teams to deliver robust solutions on time
  • Design and execute data migration strategies
  • Provide go-live and post-live support services
  • Must have outstanding leadership skills. Ability to lead a team is valuable
  • Demonstrate the capacity to plan, prioritize, and organize time, project schedules, and multiple project activities efficiently
  • Identify and analyze risks and issues for the program or project portfolio in conjunction with project managers
  • Demonstrate systematic and logical ability to analyze situations, resolve problems, identify causes, and anticipate implications
  • Develop and test detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes
  • Write development specifications and interface with customers to test modifications and resolve any issues that arise
