Senior Business Analyst

This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong understanding of e-commerce systems and business processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the delivery of consulting engagements, partnering closely with client stakeholders and business users to gather and document solution requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth interviews to gather required use cases, functional requirements, and technical requirements for development.
  • Provide analytical expertise to identify, evaluate, and document e-commerce system requirements and procedures that meet business objectives and user needs.
  • Offer consultation services to clients on omni-channel business topics, including product catalog modeling, inventory management, customer service, and more.
  • Develop user requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications, data models, and process flow diagrams to communicate engagement scope.
  • Collaborate with project teams to resolve business or systems issues.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in general IT business analysis from an E-Commerce domain.
  • Hands-on experience implementing Hybris Commerce (2-3 years).
  • Strong understanding of SAP Hybris Application Lifecycle Framework.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
