Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic French Language Expert to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing approvals and postings in Invoice Control, raising queries, and monitoring for resolutions. You will also work on SAP screens fluently and understand applications that the process uses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow procedures as documented for Invoice Control.
  • Perform approvals and postings in Invoice Control on time with accurate details.
  • Raise queries and monitor for resolutions.
  • Work on SAP screens fluently.
  • Understand applications that the process uses.
  • Work on PO and NON-PO Invoices.
  • Meet KPI targets for production and accuracy.
  • Handle overdue invoices and invoices pending in GBS bucket for more than 30 days.
  • Manage queries and email management both internally and with customers.
  • Adapt and implement changes asked for by customers quickly.
  • Handle intermediate and complex activities.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with good communication skills, including the ability to read, write, and speak French. You should also have basic knowledge in accounting and knowledge about PO and NON-PO invoices. Additionally, you should be highly self-motivated and enthusiastic, with 1-2 years of experience.
