Job Title

Seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Project Manager in Chemicals and Materials.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consulting, with experience in the chemical industry.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Guiding research processes and delivering high-quality reports
  • Overseeing team members conducting research and ensuring timely completion of projects
  • Developing and refining project scopes, schedules, and budgets
  • Managing staff performance and ensuring the quality of project deliverables
  • Presenting findings to clients and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Conducting primary interviews and gathering critical insights
Requirements

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of ten years of experience in consulting in the chemical industry
  • Proven ability to develop, manage, and present project results to senior management
  • Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multinational team
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Foreign language skills are a plus
Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering (preferably Chemical), or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
