
High Net Worth Relationship Manager

This role involves managing relationships with affluent clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions that align with the company's values.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and acquire new customers to expand the client base through strategic outreach and relationship-building.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase revenue and grow Assets Under Management (AUM) by leveraging expertise in investment products and services.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in wealth management or a related field, preferably with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, economic trends, and investment products, including CA, Trade & Forex, CMS, and Asset products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to clients.
- Ability to manage complex client requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
Familiarity with:
- Current account acquisition, product & processes, trade & forex, and other current account related products.
- Graduation/Post-Graduation in Marketing/Finance, with a focus on business development and financial analysis.
Certifications:
- AMFI Certification, demonstrating expertise in financial markets and investment products.
- NCFM Certification (Optional), providing additional credentials for advanced financial knowledge.
- CAIIB, IRDA, and Sales and Influencing Skills certifications, highlighting proficiency in customer engagement and sales techniques.
- Banking Product & Process Knowledge, showcasing expertise in financial operations and process management.
- Relationship Management and Negotiation Skills, demonstrating ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Planning and Organizing Skills, emphasizing capacity for strategic planning and execution.
- Communication, highlighting exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in financial Industry, ensuring familiarity with market conditions and emerging trends.
