Job Title: Mid-Level Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced account manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

This role requires a strong understanding of IT services, technology trends, and industry developments. The successful candidate will be able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver exceptional results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned IT service and consulting clients.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Account Management: Manage the end-to-end account lifecycle including onboarding, project delivery oversight, renewals, and escalations.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with delivery teams, technical consultants to ensure smooth execution of IT projects and managed services.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 5–7 years of experience in account management, Client Success Manager, or in a similar role within IT services, system integration, or consulting firms.
  • Skills: Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
