Job Title: Mixology Expert

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Prepare and serve drinks according to specified recipes using measuring systems
  • Issue and serve wine, champagne bottles
  • Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the bar, including the bar unit, tables, and tools
  • Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks
  • Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies
  • Transport supplies to the bar setup area
  • Wash soiled glassware and remove soiled wares from the bar top and tables
  • Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs
  • Process all payment methods
  • Count bank at end of shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank
  • Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Licenses or certifications not necessary

This role involves working as part of a team to provide an exceptional customer experience. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work well under pressure.
