As a Transformative Business Partner, you'll drive execution of the business-analytics roadmap by demonstrating techno-functional consulting and stakeholder management capabilities. You'll lead client workshops, define business problems concisely, and consolidate findings to hypothesize proposed solutions.

You'll have the ability to develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis, contribute to organization building through training, mentoring, and developing repeatable analytic approaches. Mandated Profile:

  • Business consulting experience; experience around FP&A, Zero Base Budgeting and other related finance themes.
  • Proven exceptional problem-solving analytical skills with an ability to blend creativity and logical thought to innovatively think through a problem and develop solutions.
  • Ability to develop and articulate strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis.
  • Should have developed new consulting business capabilities within target Industry verticals.
  • Experience in strategy and business/technology consulting roles conversant with process improvement, cost optimization, customer analytics and experience management, architecture assessments etc.
  • Demonstrated sustained client relations management experience at a C-suite/leadership or have operated at a senior management level in the industry role.

Desired Profile:

  • Understanding of applications of statistical and machine learning algorithms.
  • Any hands-on experience with analytical tools.
