Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team in the denial management process. This position involves minimizing write-offs and optimizing revenue cycle management.

  • Daily Tasks:
    • Minimize write-offs through effective denial management.
    • Coordinate with internal teams for efficient communication and resolution of AR issues.
    • Oversee cash applications, credit collection, and provider side activities.
  • Qualifications:
    • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader with leadership skills.
    • US Healthcare Experience in denial management, communication, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have strong background in denial management, communication, and leadership. This includes:

  • Denial Management Process: Minimize write-offs and optimize revenue cycle management.
  • Communication and Resolution: Coordinate with internal teams for effective communication and resolution of AR issues.
  • Cash Applications and Credit Collection: Oversee cash applications, credit collection, and provider side activities to ensure timely payment from providers.
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Team Leader with experience in team managing, team handling, and leadership.
