Job Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to take on key responsibilities within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and complete all operational administrative tasks to meet service standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to funds, employers, and members by meeting quality and service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, financial regulations, and fund-specific procedures to minimize business risk.
  • Conduct thorough quality reviews to minimize rework and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Complete transactions across funds as required.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve enquiries.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • A good understanding of relevant Superannuation legislation.
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office and other software packages.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to generate creative solutions to address problems and commit to follow through.
