Our company is looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to lead our end-to-end implementation and project management of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the deployment, customization, and integration of Oracle HCM modules globally.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Lead and manage the end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation/updating/modification process for all Oracle HCM modules, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business stakeholders, technology support teams, and implementation partners to ensure successful configuration, customization, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM modules.
  • System Configuration & Customization: Oversee the configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules according to business needs and best practices.
  • Training, Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and deliver training materials and user guides, plan pilots, testing, provide end-user training and support for HR professionals and other business users.
  • Change Management & Digital Adoption: Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR and internal communication products, including communication, training, and end-user engagement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tech products post-implementation, identify opportunities for process improvements, and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements.

 

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Oracle HCM certifications) are a plus.
  • 12+ years of experience with experience in implementing HR Systems / Support Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations (across multiple modules).
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with a deep understanding of HR technology solutions and shared services function.
  • Experience in setting up HR analytics and insights function.

 

**Technical Skills:

  • Experience with Oracle HCM implementation and Project Management.
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM integration with other HR and enterprise systems.
  • High proficiency in excel, macro, and other report automation tools.
  • Strong knowledge of automation tools across HR lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with Gen AI tools.
  • Familiarity with data migration, testing, and validation within the SuccessFactors environment.
