Business Finance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Finance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance function, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by creating annual budgets, building financial models, and analyzing revenue data.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Budgeting and Financial Modeling: Develop and manage comprehensive budgets and financial models to inform business decisions.
  • Target Monitoring and Course Corrections: Continuously monitor targets and implement course corrections as needed to ensure plan vs actual alignment.
  • Management Information Systems (MIS) and Dashboards: Publish regular MIS reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance.
  • Revenue Analysis and Insights: Analyze deep revenue metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management and Metrics Reporting: Manage multiple stakeholders and support metrics reporting to ensure seamless communication.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with our accounting team, participate in projects on system automation for operational efficiency, and develop strong partnerships with business leaders.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A CA or MBA finance degree with 5+ years of experience, ideally in the technology sector or startups.
  • Strong data gathering and analysis skills, as well as business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with expertise in Excel, Google Spreadsheet, presentations, and models.
