Senior Business Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Leader to drive our financial strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, leadership, and management.

Job Description

As a Senior Business Leader, you will be responsible for leading our finance team and overseeing all aspects of financial reporting, planning, and analysis. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the finance team and oversee all aspects of financial reporting, planning, and analysis.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Oversee working capital management, cash flow forecasting, and financing for both long-term and short-term requirements.
  • Implement, monitor, and audit Internal Controls Over Financial Reporting (ICOFR), including General IT Controls (GITC) and IT Application Controls (ITAC).
  • Lead the preparation of monthly MIS and financial statements for stakeholder reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) designation with post-qualification experience of 8+ years.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with MS Office, Oracle, Zoho, inventory/WMS systems, etc.
  • Ability to link financial results to operational performance drivers and drive positive change.
