Airlearn seeks a skilled Mandarin Educator for our content division. This role involves creating high-quality educational content, leading a team, and providing strategic direction to meet the needs of learners in the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging Mandarin language learning content tailored to the US market.
- Collaborate with the Content Head and team members to ensure a cohesive curriculum.
- Utilize feedback and data analytics to refine and optimize content for maximum engagement and effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in language education to innovate and continuously improve our content offering.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Mandarin and strong English communication skills.
- Proven track record of creating compelling content for language learning, preferably with experience working for language learning platforms.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in team collaboration and mentorship.
- Strong understanding of curriculum development and educational content strategy.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to content creation and optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Mandarin, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
