Swedish Language Learning Specialist

A highly skilled and motivated educator is sought after by a leading language learning organization to create high-quality educational content. The role involves leading a small team and providing strategic direction to ensure the language learning app meets the needs of learners in the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging Swedish language learning content tailored to the needs of the US market.
- Collaborate with a Content Head and other team members to develop a cohesive and comprehensive curriculum.
- Utilize feedback and data analytics to refine and optimize content for maximum engagement and effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in language education to innovate and continuously improve content offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Swedish and strong English communication skills.
- Proven track record of creating compelling content for language learning, preferably with experience working for language learning platforms.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in team collaboration and mentorship.
- Strong understanding of curriculum development and educational content strategy.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to content creation and optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Swedish, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
