Responsibilities include:
- Perform daily & weekly reporting activities.
- Write & create customized emails.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Handle data collection, sorting, and checking.
- Take minutes of meetings.
- Follow up with clients over calls.
- Follow instructions from seniors.
- Organize and prioritize tasks.
Requirements:
- Prior experience of 2-3 months internship in sales/business development/client relation/post sales.
- Experience and knowledge of B2B SaaS-based industries.
- Ability to dedicate 9 hours a day for 6 days a week.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Knowledge of various tools and data collection.
Good to have:
- Experience in customer relationship management.
