AI Security Innovation Lead

We're seeking a visionary AI security expert to spearhead the development of cutting-edge solutions.

About this role:

As an AI security innovation lead, you'll be responsible for crafting and implementing advanced threat models for AI systems. This includes designing red team scenarios, such as prompt injection, jailbreaking, and model manipulation. Additionally, you'll create proof-of-concept exploits that demonstrate AI vulnerabilities and contribute to shaping industry-wide security standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing threat modeling frameworks for AI systems
  • Developing complex red team scenarios to identify and exploit AI vulnerabilities
  • Creating proof-of-concept exploits to demonstrate AI vulnerabilities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop industry-wide security standards

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in security research and development
  • Proven track record of successful bug bounty hunting and exploitation
  • In-depth knowledge of application security and its implications on AI systems
  • Demonstrated passion for AI safety and governance
