Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to technical queries via email chat ticketing systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Java-based applications
  • Investigate assist with cryptographic protocols certificate validation key management and other PKI-related functions
  • Reproduce customer-reported issues in internal environments work with engineering teams for resolution
  • Write maintain technical documentation knowledge base articles diagnostic tools

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in a technical role
  • Proficient in Java Python debugging scripting tasks
  • Understanding of PKI concepts including X.509 certificates SSL/TLS digital signatures keystores
  • Familiarity with tools like keytool openssl
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with REST APIs Postman
  • Exposure to Linux Unix environments command-line tools
  • Understanding of secure coding practices security-first design
