Responsibilities
  • Develop theory questions (MCQs, short answers, scenario-based) that push the boundaries of knowledge.
  • Design coding problems with clear instructions, sample input/output, and test cases to challenge aspiring developers.
  • Categorize questions into difficulty levels (easy, medium, hard) to ensure an engaging experience.
  • Ensure originality and high quality of questions by thinking outside the box.
  • Collaborate with the team to align with assessment requirements and drive success.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of Core Java, OOP, Collections, Multithreading, and Exception Handling.
  • Good understanding of data structures and algorithms to create complex challenges.
  • Familiarity with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and practical use cases can be a valuable asset.
  • Ability to write clear, structured, and plagiarism-free content that resonates with developers.
  • Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or preparing coding challenges can be an advantage.
