Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Shopify developer to join our team. As a full-time remote position, you will work on a US-based platform specializing in creating customized footwear.

You will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript. Additionally, you will optimize site performance, speed, and user experience, create and maintain integrations across Shopify, CRM, fulfillment, analytics, and marketing tools, and build automated workflows using tools like Zapier, Make.com, or n8n to streamline processes and eliminate manual work.

You will also set up advanced tracking solutions (GA4, server-side tagging, attribution tools) for accurate data reporting, collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to optimize conversion tracking, implement SEO best practices including structured data, page speed improvements, and clean URL structures, evaluate, install, and maintain third-party apps and Shopify Plus features as needed, troubleshoot integration and functionality issues, and partner with marketing, operations, and product teams to align store functionality with business objectives.

Bonus requirements include experience setting up advanced tracking (GA4, server-side tagging, attribution tools), familiarity with 3rd-party apps and Shopify Plus features, and understanding of SEO technical requirements. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3–5+ years of hands-on Shopify development at a brand doing $2M+ in annual revenue are required. Proven coding experience with Liquid, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and good written and verbal communication skills are also necessary.

  • Strong coding skills in Liquid, HTML/CSS, JavaScript
  • Automation tool proficiency (Zapier, Make.com, or n8n)
  • Experience building and maintaining integrations between Shopify, CRM, fulfillment, analytics, and marketing tools
  • Familiarity with GA4, server-side tagging, and attribution tools
  • Understanding of SEO technical requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on Shopify development experience
