We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Support Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to provide end-to-end support for our treasury management systems, ensuring seamless financial operations and optimal system performance. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting, maintaining static data, and configuring Cash Xplorer functionality. A strong understanding of Oracle/SQL Server database concepts, Golden Gate and Datapipelines technologies, and SOX compliance requirements is essential. Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Systems Support: Provide comprehensive end-to-end support for treasury management systems, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and configuration of various components.
  • Static Data Maintenance: Ensure accurate and up-to-date information within the Quantum environment by maintaining static data.
  • Cash Xplorer Configuration: Configure, troubleshoot, and fix Cash Xplorer functionality to optimize cash flow and manage financial transactions efficiently.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve interface issues with bank statements and cash flows, as well as Enterprise Workflow Framework (EWF) problems in Quantum.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5+ years with FIS Quantum and Echos treasury management systems.
  • Database Expertise: Strong understanding of Oracle/SQL Server database concepts, including SQL query authoring.
  • Treasury Knowledge: Proficiency in treasury processes, including In-House Banking, Cash forecasting, and Intercompany Settlement.
  • Technical Operations: Experience with Golden Gate and Datapipelines technologies, as well as knowledge of SOX compliance requirements.
  • FIS Tools: Familiarity with FIS support tools, including the FIS ticketing system.
