Job Title: Senior Associate - Delivery Lead

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a dedicated and self-motivated individual with strong organizational and teamwork skills to support our financial services team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing pitch books, capital structure analysis, debt profiles, credit memos, sales memos, and road show presentations.
  • You will create various issuer/target-related analyses, including market analyses, company profiles, credit highlights, balance sheet analyses, credit ratings assessment, and competitive benchmarking.
  • You will work on market updates/newsletters, including commentary, trading levels, recent issuances update, and major economic events.
  • You will help clients prepare and collate Investor Profiles for road show schedules.
  • You will quality-check analyst's work to ensure accuracy.
  • You will ensure timely delivery of reports to clients and keep seniors informed in advance in case of any delay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive pitch books and capital structure analyses.
  • Prepare debt profiles, credit memos, sales memos, and road show presentations.
  • Conduct issuer/target-related analyses, including market analyses, company profiles, and credit highlights.
  • Collaborate with clients to prepare and distribute Investor Profiles.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in report delivery.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in financial services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent working knowledge of databases such as Bloomberg and Thomson.
  • Strong understanding of the fixed income market.
  • Able to work independently and possess management/leadership skills to run research on a day-to-day basis.
  • Able to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Post-Graduation in Finance or equivalent qualification (CFA, MBA (finance), CA, or equivalent).
